Punjab Police Constable Eligibility Criteria

1. 10+2 Intermediate Exam from Any Accredited Board of India.
2. Punjabi subject in Class 10th Matric.

Height

1. Male: 5 feet 7 inches
2. Female: 5 feet 2 inches.

Running

1. Male- 1600 meters. Race in 6 minutes, 30 seconds.
2. Female- 800 meters. Race in 4 minutes, 30 seconds.

Males have a long jump of 3.80 meters, while females must have a jump of 3.0 meters. Additionally, males must have a high jump of 1.10 meters.
